IT Manager, Marketing Technology

HarbourVest is seeking an IT Manager for its Marketing Technology team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technology roles within financial services, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver business outcomes. The position involves oversight and coordination of marketing technology platforms, refinement of artifacts, and alignment with standard methodologies and emerging technology. The candidate will partner with Product Management teams to prioritize backlogs, execute technology projects, and manage a team of Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA Testers.

Requirements

• Confident self-starter capable of setting plans and driving projects to completion
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver business outcomes
• Experience with financial services industry, accounting, and investments, ideally with Wealth or Private Equity focus
