Senior Associate, Compliance

HarbourVest is a global firm seeking a Compliance Senior Associate to assist with its global compliance program, with a focus on supporting the Firm's regulatory and governance frameworks in Asia. The role will be based in Singapore and will ensure adherence to all relevant local laws, MAS requirements, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable of the MAS regulatory requirements for fund management firms in Singapore
• Knowledgeable on the marketing and distribution of interests in private funds in Singapore
• Experience in collaborating with colleagues in other regional offices as well as with headquarters based outside of Asia
• Able to comprehend and effectively communicate technical regulatory requirements and compliance policies to others
