Mechanical Estimator

Harder Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join their team in Portland, OR. The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical systems and estimating processes. The role involves reviewing mechanical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate estimates for the operations team.

Requirements

• Familiarity with estimating process and systems
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
• Relentless commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction
• Basic computer competency, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Passion for ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends
• Interest in LEAN construction principles
• Ability to travel to other regions to gain exposure to additional markets and industries
