The ideal candidate has experience in construction management, mechanical systems, and reading drawings, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Bluebeam
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, and experience reading mechanical and plumbing drawings
• Ability to communicate with a broad spectrum of people

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
