Job Description
The Senior Circulation Manager is responsible for the general operation of the circulation department, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This includes preparing schedules, monitoring departmental budgets, and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four (4) or more years of related job experience
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekends hours
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable criminal background report
