Clinic Specialist

We are looking for a Clinic Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen! As a Clinic Specialist at Hårklinikken, you will be our first point of contact and responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience - both physically in the clinic and through our online channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in a sales position, e.g., customer service or receptionist, in the retail, luxury retail, beauty, or healthcare industry.
• Empathetic and able to understand the customer's needs and challenges.
• Highly motivated to provide the best service to each and every customer.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and working under pressure in busy situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of both Danish and English proficiency.
• Independent, motivated, and well-organized.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office package and strong computer skills.
• Able to work according to detailed plans, including weekends and holidays.
