Associate's degree or technical certification, 3+ years of experience, knowledge of electromechanical systems

Transmissions Assembler
3+ years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to read and follow work instructions
Axle Assembler
High school diploma or GED, three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Assembly - Master Mechanic
3+ years of experience as a mechanic, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to communicate effectively
Warranty Service Technician
High school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, experience with warranty processing, field service, or customer support
Component Assembler
High school diploma or GED, ability to solve problems, read blueprints, and communicate effectively
