Warranty Service Technician

Harlan Global Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and versatile Warranty Service Technician to support our growing operations, diagnosing and resolving warranty-related issues both remotely and at customer sites, supporting customers, and contributing to production and assembly as needed.

Requirements

• Serve as direct contact for customer warranty inquiries via phone and email
• Diagnose mechanical and product issues remotely and determine appropriate solutions
• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair warranty-related issues
