The Harlem Children's Zone is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our After-School Programming. The ideal candidate will provide effective leadership and support to all programmatic components, including organizational structure development, resource management, and curriculum development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ Years of experience working directly with youth and creating curriculum
- 1+ years of program and employee management experience in a youth development, after-school, education, non-profit, or community programming setting, or a related work setting
