Job Description
Harley-Davidson is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to build a talent pipeline for potential future openings. The role involves supporting production operations, troubleshooting tool and die work, and performing repairs to pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The successful candidate will have experience in hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and tool room equipment operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Journey-level card in Tool and Die with 5 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and related components
- Troubleshooting skills in solving problems with tool and die and mechanical maintenance
- Thorough understanding of tool room equipment and operations
- Basic understanding of CNC control and Predictive Maintenance technologies
- Demonstrated ability to read and utilize prints and drawings of machine assembly, layouts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience using precision instruments in either metric or English measurement systems
- Basic understanding of PCs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
