Job Description
Weâre a global, multi-disciplinary team thatâs putting the innovative power of technology to work and transforming tomorrow. The Finance performance systems manager will serve as the architect and guardian of our Automotive Finance performance infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years working with PPM tools as Project, Program or PMO Manager
- Strong understanding of PMO processes and portfolio governance.
- Experience with enterprise tool rollouts and change management.
- Experience with configuration, workflow administration, and tool support.
- Proficiency in reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or native PPM analytics).
- PMP, PfMP, CAPM, or SAFe certifications.
- Experience with enterprise tool rollouts and change management.
- Familiarity with benefits tracking and OKR frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL or scripting for automation.
