Case Manager

HARMAN is looking for a Case Manager to monitor queues, assign cases to engineers, and communicate with leadership team. As a team member, you'll be responsible for driving cutting-edge solutions in the car, enterprise, and connected ecosystem.

Requirements

• Monitor the queue(s) to assign cases to engineers
• Work under pressure and effectively communicate with engineers and leadership team
• Generate daily reports on case status
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate with other lines of service
• Maintain knowledge of applicable service level agreements
• Mentor new Case managers
• Improve workload balance processes
• Manage SR transfers regional and global centers
