As a Manager, GPLM at HARMAN, you will execute new products to Regional Business Units, provide a clear product roadmap, and drive revenue and margin expansion through sales force and channel initiatives. This role involves leading function teams, translating product strategy, and managing product life cycles.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related consumer electronic product management experience
- Experience working with a global team
- Preferred experience with car aftermarket audio products - Head Unit or Amplifier & DSP
- Demonstrated track record of growth, ability to grow and forecast existing product lines
- High customer orientation, recognition and credibility with the customer
- Good financial sense, understanding of P&L and strong business acumen
- Leadership skills, exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Results and detail oriented, holds others accountable for commitments
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree or above
