Job Description
As a Principal Engineer, Transducer at HARMAN, you will lead and support transducer development on assigned New Product Development projects, and work with the global engineering development team to maintain the commonality of loudspeaker designs across multiple customers. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the global Transducer engineering team to design and validate speakers to meet or exceed customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 years minimum post-graduation experience in the field of transducer design
- Ability to summarize complex situations and communicate effectively internally and externally
- Experience to work on J-OEM program, 3+ years of experience being familiar with J-OEM's development processes
- Technical Project management skills
