Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a process owner or process expert in automotive software development.
- Certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with software verification techniques, including static analysis, unit testing, and tool-based audits.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Automotive SPICE process assessment model (PAM)
- Proven expertise in software architecture and in developing complex software systems.
- Demonstrated ownership of software quality programs for safety-critical production products.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
