Quality engineer

A Quality Engineer will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing 0 km complaints and initiating effective solutions. Responsible for direct communication with customers for quality issue resolution (preferably in 8D format) and providing timely feedback. Will work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement process developments on the production line. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Analyzing 0 km complaints and initiating effective solutions
• Direct communication with customers for quality issue resolution
• Working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams
• Performing internal process audits
• Supporting new products and projects
• Tracking new projects and tasks
• Managing customer complaints and immediate and corrective actions
• Customer communication and contact
• Managing customer complaints (0 km) and following them up
• Reporting quality metrics (weekly, monthly)
• Managing problem-solving methods and supporting them in the factory
