Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist role supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries in the EMEA region, with responsibilities including sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, and promoting the HARMAN Employer Brand in Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate environment
- Experience with internship and early career hiring
- Experience managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Avature etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or knowledge of employment practices in EU
