Job Description
HARMAN is seeking a VP, Supply Chain Management to lead its global end-to-end supply chain with enterprise-wide impact. The role is responsible for supply chain performance, logistics P&L, inventory working capital, cost efficiency, service levels, compliance, and transformation aligned to HARMAN and Automotive BU strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 20+ years in global supply chain leadership or complex operations
- Deep expertise in SCM frameworks, systems, and digital solutions
- Automotive experience preferred
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and executive communication
- Proven ability to lead global, cross-cultural teams and drive transformation
