Job Description
Harmonic is a startup discovery engine seeking a full-time Growth Analyst to drive new business opportunities. This role is critical for driving sales and improving GTM processes, with a focus on sourcing new accounts, identifying key people, and improving processes. The company has been rapidly scaling and offers opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Sourcing new opportunities in target VC and Enterprise accounts
- Identifying product champions and relevant personas
- Creating and engaging customers with personalized messaging
- Scheduling and helping with AE discovery meetings
- Identifying and communicating ways to improve the process
