Senior Product Designer

Harness, a $5.5B valued AI Software Delivery Platform company, seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of their product, working with cross-functional teams to craft elegant, user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, strong experience in product thinking, user research, and attention to detail.
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience, 2+ years of experience working on complex SaaS products, especially in cybersecurity, application security, or developer tools.
• Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process, integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
