Staff Product Designer, UI focused

Harness is looking for a UI-focused Product Designer who sets a high bar for visual excellence, polish, and consistency across complex product surfaces. The designer will help define the future of Harness' developer-facing products by shaping how the platform looks, feels, and behaves at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience
• Meaningful experience designing enterprise or developer-facing software
• Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and maintaining consistency across large products
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or developer tools
• Highly opinionated about quality and able to balance speed and craft in a fast-moving environment
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
• Deep commitment to exquisite craftsmanship and pride in the details
• Brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and positive energy to the team
