Staff Software Engineer II - CI

Harness is a high-growth company that is disrupting the software delivery market. We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer 2 to design, develop, and optimize highly scalable and distributed systems.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java and Go
• Deep knowledge of distributed computing principles, cloud-native architectures, and scalable backend services
• Strong operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and observability
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm in cloud environments
