Requirements
- Planning and executing construction and maintenance/repair projects for Facilities Management
- Determining project scope and developing preliminary plans
- Managing and executing project tasks on various Facilities Management initiatives
- Working closely with support and user groups during design, engineering, purchasing, construction, and start-up phases of Facilities Management projects
- Assuring installations meet the needs of the College
- Managing execution and assuring timely completion of Facilities Management projects
