Job Description
The Foreman - Environmental Systems will supervise and participate in the work of a crew performing exterior pipe installation and concrete forming/pouring/finishing. They will also ensure Crews and Trade Partners operate within Harper's Safety and Quality Standards.
Requirements
- Assign work tasks to crew members.
- Instruct employees in proper work methods and standards of safety and quality.
- Monitor crew work quality; ensure adherence to time schedules and safe work practices.
- Operate all equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such as: Skid Steer, Excavator and Loader.
- Maintain a general understanding of other foreman specialties such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete/masonry and site/civil knowledge.
