HCVR Steward, Brew Brothers (Part Time; Varied Shift)

The Steward position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, silverware, and kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and adhering to health department codes and company policies.

Requirements

• Prepare tableware for washing
• Set up dishwashing machine
• Wash, stack, and store china
• Clean dishwashing equipment and working areas
• Collect soiled pots, wash, and restack cleaned pots
• Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse
• Mop and sweep floors
• Wash walls and ceiling tiles
• Sanitize all cooking equipment
• Maintain necessary inventories of kitchen cleaning products and equipment
• Maintain all areas for a safe, clean environment
• Assist others when needed
• Acknowledge and respond to guests immediately
• Answer questions about Harrah's facilities and services
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the dining areas, recycling room, and dumpster area
• Responsible for the sorting of recyclables
