Supervise the operation of one or more table games, ensuring guest service, game integrity, and employee performance. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, issue discipline or recognition, and perpetuate employee motivation.
Requirements
- Serve as a dynamic and energetic leader, fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication

- Maintain key security and display a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures
- Manage labor, supplies, and other expense items in a manner consistent with company strategy
- Responsible for initiating personnel actions, including interviews, training, candidate selection, terminations, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions
