(Remote) AI Enablement Lead

The AI Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the practical adoption of AI tools, processes, and thinking across NorthStar's business operations, ensuring every department is equipped, educated, and empowered to leverage AI to improve how they work.

Requirements

• Background in technology, R&D, or product development with a desire to shift toward business enablement
• Understanding of AI tools, concepts, and practical business applications
• Hands-on ability to build and deploy AI solutions
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
• Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight
• Experience in the software or utility industry
