Tech Lead / Développeur Delphi H/F

We are looking for a passionate Delphi Lead Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to ambitious projects. As a Technical Leader / Delphi Developer, you will ensure the technical management of the Delphi development team and participate in the design and implementation of global solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Significant experience in Delphi development (at least 5 years)
• Solid knowledge of databases (ideally Microsoft SQL Server)
• Experience in team management and ability to manage developers
• Skills in software architecture and design patterns
• Mastering version control tools (Git, SVN...)
• Practicing Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• Good communication skills
• Experience in management
• Sense of organization and team spirit, ability to adapt
