Job Description
Drive strategic growth and operational excellence of the Operations and Client Services department, and lead the financial operations of the department, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
- Education in Business Administration, a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services and delivery
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven record of developing and implementing successful delivery processes and driving client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
