Lead Building Automation System Specialist responsible for turn-key execution of projects, system design, component selection, installation, programming, commissioning, and operational verification. Requires strong mechanical and control system knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including their function and operation
- Comprehensive understanding of computers, electronics, and electrical circuits
- Extensive knowledge of building and construction materials, tools, and methods
- Well-versed in engineering and technology practices
- Detail-oriented with a strong command of documentation and record-keeping processes
