Project Manager II

The Project Manager II will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines, and communications are maintained. This includes managing safety compliance, document control, scope, schedule, and procurement, as well as financial management and relationship building.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in the building and construction industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software
• Experience with project management software and CAD software
