Job Description
The Site Safety Supervisor will assist in the supervision and administration of Harris’ health & safety and program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They will contribute to the desired safety and work culture of the organization.
Requirements
- Proactively assist in identifying and mitigating hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities
- Support the supervision and coordination of an incident response
- Perform detailed work area inspections, including confined space air sampling, and lead investigations into property damage and personal injury incidents
- Maintain thorough documentation of accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions
- Participate in and support comprehensive site safety audits and assessments
