The Harrison Group is a 3rd generation family business looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel front desk work and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservation software, like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A degree in hotel management is a plus
