The Harrison Group is a 3rd generation family business that has been owned and operated in Ocean City, Maryland, since 1951. The company operates hotels and restaurants in multiple locations and is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations.

Requirements

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with managing staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Oversee restaurant set-up and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve any service-related issues.
• Build rapport with regular customers.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively.
• Promote special promotions and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
