Harrison Street Asset Management is seeking a Vice President in the Asset Management department to focus on investments in the US. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in asset management, capital markets, financial analysis, leasing, and new development oversight, with a deep understanding of real estate investing and management fundamentals.

Requirements

• Manage relationships with existing operating partners and third-party property managers
• Collaborate with Capital Markets team to close property refinancings
• Formulate property-level strategy, budgets, and capital improvement plans
