VP/Director, Asset Management - San Francisco

Harrison Street Asset Management is seeking a Vice President or Director within the Asset Management department focused on investments. The role will be responsible for overseeing an evolving portfolio of real estate property investments, developing and executing business plans, and analyzing financial results of properties.

Requirements

• Develop and execute business plans across an evolving portfolio of real estate property investments
• Review and analyze monthly financial results of properties
• Perform financial modeling including lease underwriting, property valuations, and hold/sell analyses
• Maximize cash flow and property values through effective revenue management and achievement of operating expense efficiencies
• Prepare annual reforecast, changes to the investment strategy and lead budget review process for each asset
• Assemble and review economic, demographic, and other market information for each asset area
• Develop and maintain relationships with leasing and investment sales brokers and other local experts
• Prepare necessary internal memorandums regarding key decisions or initiatives
• Oversee the execution of significant construction and redevelopment projects
