Operations Support Administrator to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both management and operational teams with essential administration, coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across our Store Services function
- Support the Store Services management team with a wide range of administrative tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions
- Manage orders and stock administration, ensuring lead times are met and stock levels are maintained
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, resolving issues where possible and escalating appropriately
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, third parties and internal stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports and supporting documentation for the management team
