We are looking for a customer service representative to support a globally known luxury brand in the coffee machine segment. The role involves providing top-notch customer service, answering inquiries, and representing the brand. The position is based in Greece, with the option to work remotely after a 4-day onboarding in Athens.
Requirements
- German on a mother tongue level
- Good English skills (at least B2) for internal communication
- Residence in Greece or willingness to move shortly
- Willingness to travel to Athens for 4 days onboarding
- Communication strength, reliability, and service orientation
