HARTMANN is seeking a Specialist Digital App & Solution Support to help, care for, protect, and grow with their team. The successful candidate will take over 2nd level support for digital (medical) apps and solutions, work closely with global teams, and support the onboarding of new countries, apps, and devices.
Requirements
- Successful completion of training or a higher degree in the field of digital apps and solutions or customer service
- First professional experience in support for digital (medical) apps and solutions
- In-depth knowledge of working with service management tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Excellent German and English language skills, French language skills are an advantage
- Experience in collaboration with 1st and 3rd level support organizations
- Distinctive service orientation and communication skills
