Job Description
The Department of Emergency Medicine at Harrington Hospital is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
- 2+ year experience working in a clinical setting, preferably Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
- Massachusetts state licensure
- MA Board authorization to practice licensure
- American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred but not required
- Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
- Experience in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
- Competency in provision of care to patients of all ages
