Process Engineer

Job Objective: The Process Engineer IV serves as a lead technical authority in midstream process engineering, responsible for driving high-value optimization initiatives, complex debottlenecking projects, and strategic capital improvements. The role leads cross-functional engineering efforts, overseeing full project lifecycles, and provides critical support to Operations and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of oil and gas/process engineering experience
• Deep, cross-disciplinary engineering knowledge
• Expert in developing and approving engineering deliverables
• In-depth experience with process simulation software and hydraulic modeling tools
• Skilled in process safety and risk management
• Proven track record of managing complex capital projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex technical information
• Comfortable with high-pressure decision-making and balancing multiple large-scope initiatives
