Director, Corporate Systems

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. The company is seeking a Director, Corporate Systems to lead the people and finance systems function inside Harvey's BizTech organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems
• 4 years leading teams that own HRIS and ERP platforms in production
• Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company
• Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity
• Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts in a remote/distributed team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with finance, people, and executive leadership
