Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience (DevEx)

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of backend development fundamentals and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, test frameworks, and load and performance testing
• Experience with container technologies and infrastructure as code
• Proven technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions
