Job Description
We are looking for a Host to embody the hospitality, charm, and professionalism of our organization, ensuring all guests are greeted promptly and provided with excellent customer service. The Host will work with management to ensure each guest is happy and all requests are met.
Requirements
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Answer incoming calls and meet guests' needs
- Create floor charts accordingly and assign servers their sections
- Work with management to ensure each guest is happy
- Communicate with kitchen and restaurant staff to maintain efficient flow
- Assist bartenders in monitoring and coordinating bar operations
