Job Description
The Server is responsible for the service of food and alcoholic beverages in an efficient and professional manner using standards and procedures as set by the Harwood Hospitality Group training manual.
Requirements
- Ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare drinks in accordance with proper mix ratios
- Maintain a current knowledge of bar inventory and mixed drink recipes
- Have a good understanding of food, wine, cocktails, and beers
- Communicate effectively with restaurant manager, servers, and host/hostess
