Hasbro is seeking a Finance Manager to work in its Colombia office, evaluating and assessing financial and business risks, providing analytical support, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong experience with Python and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset
- Results-driven, able to perform effectively under pressure
- Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling
- Strong background in business analytics
