Manager, Internal Communications

At Hasbro, we're looking for a Manager, Internal Communications to deliver clear, timely, and engaging internal communications to our employees. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who can translate complex information into accessible messages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in internal, corporate, or employee communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or cross functional teams with internal communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and tailor messages for different audiences.
• Experience contributing to change communications, operational updates, or enterprise initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and basic performance metrics.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong collaboration skills.
