We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Montreal office. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient workplace while supporting employees, visitors, and operational needs across the office.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an office, facilities, or professional services environment
• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
