Requirements
- Familiarity / Proficiency with Destini Estimator, Procore, Join. Build, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Teams, MS Office Suite, and Pantera
- B.S. degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Construction or 3 or more years related experience
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience estimating
- Previous General Contractor experience required
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present technical information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and vendors
