Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you'll lead significant large-scale projects, build client relationships, mentor talent, and contribute to commercial performance. You'll model design leadership and champion sustainable, inclusive, and innovative design approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' post-graduation experience with a focus on Landscape Architecture and Urban Design
- Consultative approach to managing clients on design and technical aspects of a project
- Ability to manage multiple teams and inspire design excellence
- Proven experience across all phases of projects, from concept to delivery
- Commercial awareness in the management of finances, resources, and personnel at a senior level
- Experience in leading and mentoring emerging designers in design, industry, and technical issues
